• Cancellation Policy: Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. We will refund deposits in full if notice is received by us at least 72 hours prior to arrival.

Granny's Room

This room is located upstairs in the ranch house with a separate porch entrance. It is a large air conditioned/heated bedroom with a sitting area and a small private bath with shower. It has 1 queen bed and 1 double bed with the decor being a mix of american antiques and vintage toy/bear collectables. There is a TV with satellite connection. In addition, there is access to a 4 person hot tub. Smoking is permitted only on the porch.

Safari Room Apartment

Sleeps up to 4 comfortably .....................$125.00 per night
This apartment is located in a separate building across from the ranch house. It is a large air conditioned/heated upstairs apartment with an open air floor plan that includes a dining/kitchen, bedroom/livingroom arrangement with a private bath with shower. The small kitchen has a full size stove, apt. refrigerator, microwave and is completely furnished with utensils, dishes, and small appliances for those who want to prepare their own meals to be enjoyed around a large antique table or outside on the small porch.

The sleeping area includes two twin beds and one king size bed, while the living area has a couch, loveseat, large chair and courthouse bench. There is a color TV with satellite connections. The decor is a mixture of antiques and Safari memorabilia. A 4 person hottub is also available along with a pool table. Smoking is permitted only on the porch.
